We work with clients from the first conception to the finishing touches. In this capacity Healthy Home Consultants will be responsible for the site plan, home orientation, home design and blueprints, technology implementation, material selection, innovative and cost effective construction and furnishing. We will design and build your structure.
Materials and Technologies Consultation
We help our clients procure environmentally preferable materials. We will research and specify the products and materials best suited to your unique construction and facility management application.
General Contractor Consulting
We consult general contractors on the principles and practices of green building. This service allows a contractor to market oneself as a green builder and to leave the green to us. We will provide design, technology, and material expertise helping contractors to build a more efficient and quality structure.
Design Consultation
We will consult with the owners, their architect and their contractor so that the design process will be streamlined and that the construction is as green as possible. Essentially we will oversee the “big picture” and act as an advocate for the homeowner.
